Requirements for Logistics Packaging from Guangzhou to Thailand
Nowadays, the logistics industry is becoming increasingly busy. What are the requirements for express packaging at noon? The editor of the dedicated logistics line from Guangzhou to Thailand will introduce some requirements for Thai logistics:
The basic requirement for packaging is that the packaging box must be firm and free of cracks. The standard is that there is no vibration sound, the seams of the box become hard, and the tape will not fall off. At the same time, natural drops from a height of 2 meters must be taken into account to ensure no damage occurs.
2. Especially, the packaging of air freight goods should be strengthened, as road transportation usually requires 1/2 loading and unloading, while air freight may require 6/7 loading and unloading procedures.
3. The weight of a single item shall not exceed 50 kilograms; The length and width of a single item of goods shall not exceed 180 centimeters; The length and width of plate cargo shall not exceed 150 centimeters; For small items, the minimum packaging must not be smaller than the size on the shipping label.
4. It is strictly prohibited to transport mother-in-law packaging (which means combining two separate items into one through simple bundling and wrapping).
5. Usually not afraid of falling off, soft items such as clothes, packaging, plush toys can be packaged in plastic bags (PAK bags), but attention should be paid to sealing.
Firstly, all internal components will be packaged with plastic film or plastic paper.
7. For raw goods with sales packages, transportation risks are generally considered in business. Add a layer of foam film on the outside, then add 2/3 layers of kraft paper and wrap it again and again with adhesive tape.
When packaging, you can choose 3/5 layer boxes according to the different conditions of the internal parts. To reduce costs, you can customize a batch of cardboard boxes of different sizes through group buying.
9. For frequently packed items, you can prepare discarded newspapers, tear them up, and put them in boxes (preferably with sponge or foam blocks).
10. The outer packaging of the bucket shall not be shorter than the inner contents. Large fragile items should be packaged in solid rods or hard plastic drums.
Note: If you do not strictly follow the packaging standards, you will not receive compensation and will need to comply with the rules and regulations of different courier companies.
